JAMMU : Pakistani Army yet again on the second consecutive day today, violated truce agreement in the Line of Control in Rajouri district.
“Pakistani Army initiated indiscriminate firing of small arms, automatics and mortars this morning at 1100 hrs on our Army posts along the Line of Control (LC) in Bhimber Gali sector of Rajouri,” a defence spokesman here said.
He said the Indian Army posts are retaliating strongly and effectively. “The firing is presently on,” he added and said that no injury or damage has been reported so far on own side in firing.
Pakistan had, yesterday also fired heavily on Indian posts in Poonch and Rajouri districts. (AGENCIES)
