JAMMU, Apr 7: Haq-Insaaf Yatra started for separate statehood demand for Jammu region on 7th day reached border belt of Jammu district on Friday.
Panther Party’s State president Balwant Singh Mankotia highlighted the sufferings of the West Pak Refugees while addressing series of public rallies at Suchetgarh and RS Pura constituencies.
On 7th day, Beopar Mandal of RS Pura warmly welcomed the Haq Insaaf Yatra started by Panther Party’s headed by Balwant Singh Mankotia and assured full support to the leadership of party for separate statehood demand for Jammu region.
While addressing series of rallies at Suchetgarh constituency, Balwant Singh Mankotia said that since independence West Pak Refugees are still struggling for fundamental rights and successive regimes have failed to provide citizenship right and kept deprived from their basic facilities.
Mankotia blamed that ruling parties deliberately didn’t provide citizenship rights to West Pak Refugees as they belongs to Jammu region and mostly are from weaker section and after passage of 70 years they are still struggling for their basic rights like citizenship right, education, employment etc.
Panther Party’s president Balwant Singh Mankotia addressed rallies at Simbal Camp, RS Pura, Satraian, Abdaal, Mouke, Suchetgarh, Floura and Kaloian area. West Pak Refugees largely attended the rallies and assured full support to the Panther Party as separate statehood is the only viable solution to solve the problems being faced by West Pak Refugees living in border belt of Jammu region.
Mankotia made a scathing attack on BJP who ditched and exploited the sentiments of West Pak Refguees during parliament elections but after getting huge mandate forget to provide citizenship right for sake of power and diluted the issue while forming the coalition Government in Jammu and Kashmir.
On this occasion Sham Gorkha, Ashok Randhawa, Sukhjinder Singh Ginni, Som Dutt Choudhary, Jatinder Kumar, Advocate Kesar Parveen, Sansar Chand, Kulbeer Chib, Chamel Chib, Mangat Ram Sharma, Choudhary Satpal, Lambardar Dayal Singh, Jankar Chib, Lambardar Sarban Kumar and others were present.
