JAMMU, Apr 7: Two persons were injured today in separate road mishaps in city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, a pedestrian identified as Sunil Kumar (42) son of Tarsem Raj, resident of Rajpura, was today hit and injured by a speeding Army vehicle near Agriculture office, Akhnoor.
He said another mishap occurred at Marh, where a speeding bike got slipped. He said in the mishap, the bike rider Mukesh (30) son of Alu Ram, resident of Nai Basti.
“Both the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment”, the spokesman said, adding, in both cases, the concerned police had taken cognizance.
