Days of dynastic rule over: Koul

JAMMU, Apr  9: Holding previous Governments at State and Centre responsible for misleading people on the basis of vote bank politics and appeasement policy, BJP State general secretary (Org) Ashok Koul today said that with the emergence of BJP as a ruling party at Centre and in the State of J&K the grass root  workers have come at centre stage and the days of dynastic rule and feudal mindset are over now.
Addressing a function organized by BJP Displaced District led by Chand Ji Bhat in connection with Party’s 37th Foundation here  today Day, Koul said under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi India is in the safe hands and the nation will touch new heights as Modi Ji has a great visionary power.
He highlighted the reasons which led to rechristening of Bharatiya Jana Sangh (BJS) as BJP in 1980 under the leadership of Atal Behari Vajpayee and L K Advani.
He said the people have developed a lot of faith in Narendra Modi as they feel that his pro poor policies and programmes will definitely lead to eradication of unemployment and corruption in this country. Koul also highlighted the Ujala, Ujwala, Beti Bachao, Beti Padaw, Jan Dhan Yojna, etc.
Chand Ji Bhat president Displaced District appealed the people to take advantage of the schemes launched by Narendra Modi Governemnt. He also inducted Sanjay Bhat as booth president Muthi while O N Pandita, Heera Lal, Ramesh Pandita, Arvind Bhat and Sanjay Raina were elected as office bearers.
The newly elected MLC Girdhari Lal Raina also spoke on the occasion. Others who spoke include Jagar Nath Sagar, Ravidner Kumar Raina, P L Dhar, Bharat Bushan Bhat, Gosani, Makhan Lal Bhat, etc.
