JAMMU, Apr 11: Introducing variety of Kashmiri dishes, Kashmir Flavours, a multi cuisine restaurant, is going to host seven days Kashmiri Food Festival starting from April 12 to April 18, 2017 here at Channi Himmat.
Giving details about the festival, Farooq Ahmed Dar, Managing Director Kashmir Flavours and Hotel Mughal Darbar Pvt Ltd Residency Road, said “During the week-long festival, we will be serving all Kashmiri dishes including vegetarian and non-vegetarian that too at very reasonable rates.”
Dar further said “we are providing an opportunity to the people of Jammu city and the tourists coming from other states to enjoy the ethnic taste of Kashmir Valley.”
Dar maintained that the Kashmir Flavours is a multi-cuisine restaurant serving the menu full of delicacies with Indian, Chinese and continental courses besides special emphasise laid on Kashmiri Wazwan. He asserted that Kashmir Flavours is the only one restaurant in Jammu city which is serving huge varieties of non-vegetarian in Kashmiri Wazwan.
During the festival our special focus will be on the Kashmiri dishes including Kebab, Chicken Tandoori, Rishta, Ghastava, Rogan Josh, Mirchi Kurma, Palak Kurma, Nadru Jakhni, Dam Aaloo and many other mouth-watering dishes.
Pertinent to mention here that, the restaurant has made two separate kitchens for vegetarian and non-vegetarian peoples.
Speaking about the festival offer, Dar informed that the restaurant management is offering 15 per cent discount during the food festival so that the people will enjoy the real flavours of Kashmir.
Speaking on the occasion, General Manager, Ravinder R Raina said that the restaurant is equipped with the state of the art infrastructure with high-profile dining area, trained and educated catering and serving staff, fine crockery and last but not the least i.e, mouth-watering dishes which make the dining experience an absolute delight.
