JAMMU, Apr 11: Rajouri Day Celebrations for the year 2017 were inaugurated at ALG, Rajouri, today.
The three day long extravaganza will consist of a number of events including Seminar on ‘Know Your Army’ and visit to the ‘Hall of Fame’ by school children. The events will also include stalls from Army Record Offices for the Veterans, Civil Agriculture Department, Fisheries Department and preparation of PAN Card etc.
The Army is organising a Medical Camp, Eye Camp, Artificial Limb and Mobility Camp under Sadbhavana initiative for the locals on the occasion. A grand cultural show by the school children of Valley View Army Public School, Army Goodwill Public School and other local schools is also planned besides adventure sports display like Sky Diving, Para Motors, Horse Show, Jumping and Army Dog Show.
