KPUCC lists demands

JAMMU, Apr 11: A meeting of Kashmiri Pandit United Coordination Committee (KPUCC) was held at Jagti today under the leadership of Bansi Lal Koul and Anu Ji chairman and president of the organization respectively.
The meeting expressed grave concern over the slackness of the authorities of Relief Organization Migrants in mitigating the sufferings of the displaced people.
Bansi Lal Koul in his address, said that any migrant seeking redressal of his problem in the Organization is put to many hardships and he has to waste months together for the same.
Anu ji in his address said that time and again the representation has been made to the authorities of the organization for repairing the quarters at Jagti town where the leakages and cracks have surfaced but authorities are not taking any steps in plugging the leakages and repairing the cracks.
The meeting also demanded construction of passenger shed at By Pass, implementation of PM employment package fully, timely release of cash assistance and relief, one time compensation to over aged youth and migrant employees serving in Valley be posted at Jammu.
An appeal was also made to Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation Minster, A R Veeri to issue directives to Relief Commissioner to release cash assistance and ration in time.
