JAMMU, Apr 24: Governor N N Vohra has greeted the people on Shab-i-Miraj.
In his message of felicitations the Governor has expressed hope that the celebration of this auspicious occasion would further strengthen the bonds of amity, harmony and brotherhood among all communities and be a harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity in the State.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has also greeted people of the State on the auspicious occasion of Me’raj-un-Nabi (Sallalaho Alihe Wasalam).
In her message of felicitation, Mehbooba Mufti said the night of Me’raj is a sacred occasion to seek blessings and forgiveness of Allah. She prayed that this pious occasion brings peace, prosperity and happiness for the people of the State.
