Sir,
Pakistan will neither take action against the perpetrators of the 2008 terror attack in Mumbai nor remove the terror training establishments on its soil.
Pakistan, to this day, continues to use terrorism as a State Policy against India. It is prudent to suspend all bilateral talks with Pakistan and initiate retaliatory action whenever it is necessary as that is the only language understood by Pakistan.
