JAMMU, Apr 26: Vippon Preet Kour, M Tech scholar from Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, has attended an International Conference on Advancements in Engineering and Technology, sponsored by Ministry of Environment and Forest, Ministry of Home Affairs, Indian Society for Technical Education and CSIR- Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, at Punjab, India.
Er Vippon Preet Kour presented a research paper titled “Optical Character Recognition Techniques in Urdu-A Survey” co-authored by Dr Naveen Kumar Gondhi, Assistant Professor, DoCSE, SMVDU.
During the conference, Er Kour interacted with eminent Academicians, Scientist as well Research Scholars across the globe to get latest knowledge and sharing the ideas with them related to Optical Character Recognition Techniques in the field of Computer Science.
