LEH, May 2: District police Leh seized huge quantity of illicit liquor from three Nepali womenduring a special naka set up near main market Leh under the supervision of SHO Tsewang Dorjay.
The police have arrested three women travelling in a Maruti van with huge cache of illicit liquor and a case has been registered under Excise Act.
The SHO Leh said in view of approaching tourist season he would activate more such patrolling to carry out drive against sale of illicit liquor under the direction of SSP Leh.
