Bani-Bhaderwah road opened for commuters

BHADERWAH, May 2: Border Roads Organization (BRO) opened the Bani-Bhaderwah road for commuters.
The BRO team consisting of Satpudke TD EE (Civ) Officer Commanding 114 RCC, Major Jatin Talwar Second-in-Command, V KrishnanJE (Civ), A Periya SamyJE (Civ) and Sudhanshu Mishra, JE (Civ) alongwith operators and CPLs opened the road axis within the stipulated time under the guidance of Brig AK Das Chief Engineer and Col Vishal Sharma Commander HQ 35 BRTF.
Amidst all hurdles, the team under heavy snowfall and rains linked the road to Bani and Basohli.
The general people can now commute to Bani-Basohli without taking the longer route. This will save lots of time of the tourist and will boost tourism in Bhaderwah location.
In addition to the snow clearance, the regular work at bridges and permanent works are also under progress. The road axis from Bani-Bhaderwah will remain open for the ease of general public.
