MENDHAR, May 4: A factory manufacturing ice-cream suffered massive loss after it suddenly caught fire at Mendhar town last night.
Reports said that ice-cream unit of one Chuni Lal & Sons caught fire during last mid night and it was turned into big flames. The unit is located in the populated area and the people and owners rushed to the site and started fighting fire.
They also informed Police and Fire Service men. The fire tenders controlled the fire within half an hour and contained it fully. The timely action of the force was lauded by the locals. The loss of property was being assessed. The cause of fire is being ascertained.
