KATHUA, May 7: The house hold goods including ration , bedding , tables, a motor cycle and some cash and other things perished after the fire broke out in a ashram at village Banyari in tehsil Marheen of district Kathua today.
The cause of fire was not known immediately. However investigations is on.
According to reports though the fire tender from Hira Nagar Fire Station was informed about the incident but by the time it reached the spot the fire had destroyed the goods lying in the Ashram including the cash which was being donated by devotees on daily basis. The Fire Station Hira Nagar has registered a case in this regard under relevant sections of the law.
