JAMMU, May 9: Taking further the development activities in Satwari Cantonment area, Elected Ward Member, Advocate Jasmeet Kour Pandey, today inaugurated the work of blacktopping in the area.
The locals also brought some other issues like work of sanitation and construction of drains of that area with Advocate Pandey. Pandey also took on the spot assessment of the demands of the people and toured the area, and examined the grievances faced by the residents of that area.
While speaking on the occasion, Advocate Pandey said that the blacktopping of Cantonment road will help in smooth running of vehicles in the area. She also assured the residents that their other demands are put in the agenda meeting and the work on priority should be completed in shorter minimum period.
