Mankotia asks Govt to provide Dogra certificate

JAMMU, May 21: Panthers Party’s State President Balwant Singh Mankotia has asked the State Government to provide Dogra certificate to the people of Jammu region.
He criticized the BJP-PDP Coalition Government for ignoring the genuine demand of Jammu people and creating hurdle for youth who wants to join belt forces to serve the nation.
‘Haq-insaaf’ yatra started by Panther Party for separate Jammu State reached Ghour, Bhalwal and Mathwar areas of Jammu district today. Leading the yatra, Panther Party’s State President Balwant Singh Mankotia, made panchayat members aware about formation of statehood committees and wall writing campaign started by party and appealed the general public to join the movement started for separate statehood for Jammu region. Mankotia also paid obeisance at Baba Ballo devsthan and discussed issue of separate Jammu State with Baba Deshbandhu and their followers.
Expressing concern, Mankotia said that if Government fails to provide free Dogra certificate to people of Jammu then how people can rely that Government would provide roads, potable water, electricity and other basic amenities which are highly expensive.
He demanded that Government should provide Dogra ceriticiate to people of Jammu region.
