RAJOURI, May 23: A BSF jawan was killed in a tragic road accident in Sunderbani area of district Rajouri today.
A police spokesman said that Rajesh Kumar (23), resident of Rah Siot, who had come to his home on leave from his BSF unit, was hit by a Tavera vehicle No. JK02BB/2317 on Jammu-Poonch highway when he was going on a Scooty No. JK11B/ 8609 this afternoon. He was rushed to Sunderbani hospital where he was declared as brought dead. The police registered a case and seized the vehicle. The body after postmortem was handed over to the family.
