JAMMU, May 25: Eleven Range Officers (ROs) were transferred and posted in the State Forest Department today.
Official sources said that Deepak Bogia Range Officer Bani has been shifted and posted to Mahanpur Range of Basohli Forest Division, Range Officer Shivdev Singh has been shifted from Samba Range to Social Forestry Project in the office of Regional Director, SFD Jammu; Vineet Gupta (BO) has been shifted and placed as I/C RO North Ramnagar Range vice Kamal Singh, who shall report to CF East Circle till further orders; Vijay Kumar Verma I/C RO attached with Kathua Division has been placed I/C Range Officer Samba; Kushal Singh I/C RO Gladni Range of Jammu Forest Div has been shifted and placed as Range Officer Jammu Range of Jammu Forest Division vice Virender Singh Manhas who has been shifted to Kalidhar Range of Jammu Forest Division.
I/C Range Officer TTO Bahu, Surinder Singh Chib has been shifted and posted as I/C RO Batote Range vice Sameer Ahmed who has been shifted and placed to TT Bahu Range of Urban Forestry Division Jammu. I/C RO Kuntwara Range of Doda Javid Abdullah, has been asked to report to CCF Jammu, Aftab Ahmed Forester from Bhaderwah Division has been shifted and placed as I/C RO Kellar Range of Bhaderwah while Shabir Ahmed Qazi I/C RO awaiting orders of posting in Chenab Circle Doda has been posted as I/C RO Bhaderwah Demarcation Division.
