JAMMU, Oct 22: JSM MLA from Bishnah Ashwani Sharma today laid the foundation stone of vented causeway on Krail-Laswara Nullah in Bishnah tehsil at a cost of Rs 1.20 crore.
With this, a long pending demand of the villagers of Krail and Laswara has been fulfilled.
After laying the foundation stone, Mr Sharma announced that the project would be completed in less than 6 months.
The construction of vented causeway would lead to linking of the population of two villages of Bishnah with RS Pura tehsil, Mr Sharma said.
The MLA said the construction of vented causeway was part of various road and other projects undertaken in Bishnah Assembly constituency.
