JAMMU, May 31: Mulkh Raj Singh, Special Secretary in the Legislative Assembly today took charge as Secretary Legislative Assembly from Mohammad Ramzan, who relinquished the office, on completion of his services.
A spokesperson of the Legislative Assembly said that Mulkh Raj Singh took the charge in compliance to the orders issued by Assembly Speaker Kavinder Gupta in terms of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules.
