UDHAMPUR, June 2: Jammu University vice-Chancellor Prof R D Sharma, along with MLA Udhampur Pawan Kumar Gupta and officials of District Administration today visited Udhampur Campus of the University.
The VC interacted with the faculty and students of both the departments and exhorted upon the faculty and students to strive hard towards attaining overall academic excellence for the Campus. He assured to address the academic problems related to both students and faculty of both M.com and M A Economics.
MLA Pawan Gupta also showed his concern pertaining to developmental issues of Udhampur campus and assured the best possible assistance from his side to sort out the problems within the short span of time.
Prof Hardeep Chahal, Rector Udhampur Campus, gave an overview of the Udhampur Campus through power point in which all the achievements of the campus since its inception were highlighted. The problems which are being regularly faced by both students and faculty were also meticulously presented.
Pradeep Kumar, BDO Udhampur district, also shared his suggestions.
Later, Prof R D Sharma and Pawan Gupta planted saplings in the premises of Udhampur Campus.
