Expelled AAP MLA Kapil Mishra gets FIR filed in ‘tussle case’ against 3 MLAs

NEW DELHI:   Charging three legislators of his own party with making a murderous attempt on his life  when he entered into a brawl with them on May 31 in Delhi Assembly, sacked Aam Aadmi Party MLA Kapil Mishra has got an FIR lodged in connection with the case.

Mr Mishra got an FIR filed against Amanatullah Khan, Madanlal and Jarnail Singh at Civil Lines police station for making a bid on his life by trying to throttle his throat.

He alleged that the preplanned attack by AAP MLAs was made at the behest of  Deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia. After gathering opinion by legal experts in the case, Mr Mishra who came to get the FIR registered revealed that marshalls rescued him from the attackers’ clutches.

Mr Mishra also presented a pen drive with video footage of the incident before the Police as a proof of his claims.  Before getting the FIR filed Mr Mishra wrote in his blog,” I am a victim of preplanned conspiracy.

In the Delhi Assembly, some AAP MLAs tried to suffocate me by pressing my throat. One of the MLAs  kept holding my throat for some time and that too with much force and others continued attacking me.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia were the eye-witnesses of the whole incident. The deputy CM was gesturing to some legislators and  the CM was mocking.

” He said,” its been three days since the ugly incident happened but neither action has taken against the erring MLAs nor condemnation has come from any quarter.”  Mr Mishra stated,” I won’t be intimidated and would continue to expose scams happening in the Government.

I am not the one to sit and watch corruption taking place.” (AGENCIES)
