KATRA, June 9: Giving a tragic end to their love story, a 22-year youth and a 15-year old girl from Gujarat, committed suicide by hanging in a private guest house at Katra town.
The deceased, identified as Patel Chintan Kumar, son of Patel Jitendra Kumar, resident of Varsola Kheda in Gujarat and Janvi Patel, daughter of Jignesh Patel of Nadibad in Gujarat, were found hanging in a room Vishwa Guest House at main bazaar Katra, here this morning.
The room was locked from inside and Policemen broke open the door after the guest house staff informed Police Station Katra that no one was responding from inside the room. After the door was broken, the boy and girl were found hanging with bed sheets from ceiling fan.

Policemen shifted the dead bodies to hospital for postmortem and other legal formalities besides informing Gujarat Police about the incident.
According to SSP Reasi, Tahir Bhat, the deceased girl was a student of class 10th and she had been missing from her house for the last three days, as per her family member, who were contacted by Gujarat Police. However, no contact could be established so far with the family of deceased boy, the SSP added.
The deceased boy and girl seemed to be in love with each other and were apparently frustrated over no acceptability to their relation, which result into this tragic end.
