SRINAGAR, Oct 23:
Authorities imposed curfew in Padum Zanskar in Ladakh region following tension between two communities.
However, officials said that restrictions were imposed to prevent any law and order problem and maintain peace.
Official sources said that there was some tension between two communities in Padum Zanskar for the past few days.
Members of the one community migrated to Zanskar town.
However, there was fresh tension between two communities today forcing authorities to impose curfew .
The situation is tense but under control. (UNI)
