SAMBA, June 12: Bari Brahmana Police apprehended one person namely Dev Ram S/o Sohan Sahai R/o Chhattishgarh A/P Kheri, Bari Brahmana and recovered 45 pouches/nips of JK Excise (each 180 ml) from his possession. He was arrested on the spot. In this connection a case FIR No. 121/2017 U/S 48-A Excise Act stands registered at P/S Bari Brahmana and investigation taken up. The arrest was made by Police team of Bari Brahmana led by SHO Bari Brahmana under the supervision of SDPO Bari Brahmana on the directives of SSP Samba Anil Magotra.
The arrest was made on the information developed by DSB Samba.
