Sir,
There are approximately 65000 daily wagers and thousands of incharge officers ,officials of various departments ,PSU(s) who have not been regularised for a pretty long time even after completing seven years of service even though the Govt. has given many assurances but till today no formal orders have been issued.
So far as the incharge officers , officials are concerned most of them are at the verge of retirement, and many of them have retired and some of them have reportedly went to heavenly abode.
Because of non-regularization these employees go for strikes, hunger strikes and fast unto death and as a result of this the work of the various offices gets paralyzed and as a consequence of which the common masses suffer very much for no fault of theirs .
Therefore, it is requested to all the Heads of the Departments and all the Administrative Secretaries to kindly expedite the process of regularization and to issue formal orders of regularization of all the dailywagers, officers and officals in one go but not in a phased manner in the best interest of the common masses of the state so that the employees may not go again for hunger strike etc etc and the common masses may not suffer again and again
