JAMMU, Oct 24: Police today arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest for the past two years, from Narwal Mandi area of the winter capital.
Police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, Police party from Ramban Police Station conducted a raid at Narwal Mandi area and arrested the absconder Mohd Yousaf, son of Mohd Sadiq of Sarore, Bari Brahmana.
He added that the absconder was involved in a case registered at Ramban Police Station under section 188 RPC, 3 PCA Act, adding, that the absconder was also involved in various other offence and was wanted by Rajbagh, Jhajjar Kotli and Nagrota police.
The absconder was brought to Police Station Ramban and was produced before the Court of the Law.
