KISHTWAR, July 1: A lady died after shooting stones fell on her dhok at Khan Khot area, falling under the jurisdiction of Kishtwar police station, a police official said.
The deceased has been identified as Krishani Devi, wife of late Som Nath of Draba Goshwan Sarthal, he said, adding that some cattle also got killed in the incident.
The deceased lady’s relative namely Ashoka Devi, wife of Jabbar Singh had a narrow escape.
Kishtwar police had taken cognizance in this regard.
