DODA, July 5: Bhalla police arrested three persons along with stake money and playing cards.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Bhalla police post conducted raid in Malanie area and arrested three persons along with Rs 2340 stake money and playing cards.
The arrested persons have been identified as Amzad Ali, son of Mohammad Sharief, Mohammad Yaqoob, son of Feroz Din and Mashkoor, son of Ahmed Din, all residents of Bhalla, District Doda.
A case under Section 13 Gambling Act has been registered against them at police station Bhaderwah and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Bhalla police post SI Sunil Parihar made the arrest under supervision of SDPO Bhaderwah Brijesh Sharma, Additional SP Bhaderwah Shaazad Salaria and SSP Doda Mohammad Shabir.
