RAJOURI, July 5: The sleuths of Excise Department arrested two persons along with 450 kilograms lahan and 27 bottles of illicit liquor.
As per official spokesman, the sleuths of Excise Range Rajouri led by Mohammad Pervaiz, Inspector Excise under the supervision of Farooq Choudhary, Excise and Taxation Officer, Excise Range Rajouri-Pooonch conducted series of raids in Nowshera, Dabber, Brijnowa, Baja, Hanjana, Rajal and others area of district Rajouri.
During the course of raids, two persons were arrested, who have been identified as Brij Lal, son of Nand Ram of Dabber and Susheel Kumar, son of Sardari Lal of Hanjana.
Around 450 kilograms of lahan and 27 bottles of illicit liquor were recovered, which was later destroyed.
