JAMMU, July 7: A meeting of Jammu Kashmir Government Teacher Forum was held under the chairmanship of Parveen Singh, State general secretary JKGTF, to highlight the demands, which have already been discussed with the Education Department authorities time and again.
In the meeting, speakers demanded issuance of the transfer order of Lectures, Masters and Teachers of Summer Zone, immediate release of the RMSA salary, adjustment of surplus Lectures, Master and Teachers on rational basis.
Speaking on the occasion, Amar Nath Thakur urged Education Department to regularize all In-charge school gazetted cadres through Cabinet and issuance of the promotion list of Lecturers in all streams, Master to Headmaster and Headmaster to ZEO to fill all the vacant posts.
Others, who spoke in the meeting, included Tara Mani, Ashwani Sharma, Bishan Dass, Des Raj, Devinder Singh, Surjeet Singh Jasrotia, Sushma Avtar, Bharat Bhushan and Kuldeep Singh.
