National education seminar for Principals organized

JAMMU, Oct 28: Next Education India Private Limited has organized a national education seminar for Principals here today.
During the seminar, Farooq Khan, Director, Sher-e-Kashmir Police Academy was the chief guest, while, Brigadier Sameer Kala was the special guest.
Yog Raj, Assistant Vice President, Next Education addressed the Principals and discussed about the benefits of adopting Digital Technology in schools.
Dr Dheeraj Mehrotra highlighted the advantages of using technology to empower schools with technology to deliver effective teaching- learning in the digital classrooms of the future.
Dr Dheeraj discussed educational technologies and created awareness about digital technology and shared the best practices across the school education fraternity.
The Principals were given a run through of the Next Education product, ‘TeachNext’, an E-learning solution that offers advanced interactive tools and virtual activities to ensure that the teacher is able to explain and illustrate concepts using life-like animations and engrossing voice-overs.
The participating Principals were also given demo of Next Education’s other technology solutions including ‘NextLabs’ for Maths, Science and English, ‘LearnNext’ and also their ERP software-‘NextERP’ for the smooth running of school administration.
To convey e-learning knowledge and show its application in classrooms, Next Education used a variety of engaging formats—demonstrations, case studies, debates, presentations, panel discussions and ended the session with a Q & A round.
Interacting with media, Dr Dheeraj said the seminar focuses on educating the Principals about the benefits of adapting digital technology in the classrooms.
He said that the response has been immensely positive and they hope to have made a difference by bringing the Principals a step closer to embracing the futuristic system of education.
