Sir,
Kind attention of the Secretary to Govt. J&K School Education Department, Director School Education Jammu/Kashmir and all the CEO(s) & ZEO(s) of the state is drawn towards the following submissions.
That there are thousands of schools right from primary to 10+2 level schools across the state which are without full strength of both the teaching and non-teaching staff and without infrastructure as well and as a result of which the innocent students do suffer very much for no fault of theirs.
There are many Higher Sec. Schools including the Migrant Hr. Sec. Schools at Jammu where the lecturer posts in the discipline of Mathematics, English, Economics, Sociology, Political Science, Physics, Chemistry, Urdu, Hindi & Punjabi etc are lying vacant for a pretty long time and the students of these subjects do continue to suffer due non-availability of the subject specialized Lecturers and these posts may very kindly be filled in through holding DPC of trained, qualified and experienced PG Master/Teachers on strict seniority/eligibility basis and from among those lecturers who were elevated more than 2 years ago and posted far away from their residence to the frontier Districts of Poonch, Rajouri, Reasi, Udhampur and Kathua etc and are due for transfer back to their home districts/Migrant Schools and their transfer cases are pending in the Directorate of School Education Jammu who may kindly be transferred and adjusted at an earliest as the Academic Session 2016-17 is over and the academic session 2017-18 has commenced from the month of May this year so that justice is paved to the students and the staff as well.
It is worthwile to mention it here that the aforesaid posts can be filled up through rationalization of the staff also for the facility of the students of the state.
