BJP to launch special drive for enrolment of migrant voters

JAMMU, July 20: Chand Jee Bhat, president BJP Kashmir Displaced District convened a meeting of its workers at Party office here, today in which a large number of party activists took part.
The meeting expressed its pleasure over the decision of Election Commission of India announcing special drive for enrollment of left out eligible electors of Kashmiri displaced people in the photo electoral rolls of all the Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies in the State.
Bhat, while addressing the party workers said that the Election Commissioner of India was requested by BJP party to make a special drive to enroll the left out voters giving focus on young electorates in the State. He asked partymen to launch door to door campaign and ask people to get enrolled in the electoral rolls and also appealed the people to cooperate with Party workers in this regard.
Ravinder Kumar Raina, vice president and Bharat Bushan Bhat Gosani general secretary , Mandal presidents Vijay Raina, M L Bhat, Sunil Bhat, Ramesh Koul , Ravinder Bhan president Yuva Morcha and others addressed the meeting.
