JAMMU, July 22: The scholarship given by Allen Career Institute, Kota, Rajasthan, proved to be a boon for Basant Kumar Pandit, a poor student of the institute, who secured 2494 rank in JEE Mains and got admission in NIT Allahabad.
Resident of Paroria village near Samstipur in Bihar, Basant told that when he and his elder brother, Krishan Kumar, who was blind, could not get good rank in the JEE Mains Exam, then citing his poor economic conditions, their father asked them to come back to home leaving their studies but then teachers of Allen Career Institute came forward for their help and reported the matter to administration of the institute, which gave them 75 % scholarship on their fees.
Basant said that Allen Career Institute has made their life and they could not forget their cooperation in their entire life. He said that it was all due to quality education given by Allen and cooperation of teachers and administration of the institute that they could get admission in NIT.
He further told that with the cooperation and scholarship provided by the Allen, their younger brother, Priyatam is now preparing for MBBS exam.
Speaking on the success of Basant and Krishan, Director, Allen Career Institute, Kota (Rajasthan), Naveen Maheshwari, said that they are proud of Basant, who helps his blind brother to secure admission in NIT last year and this year he himself succeeded in getting admission in NIT. “This type of commitment is inspiration for other students and Allen feels proud in helping such committed students”, he added.
