JAMMU, July 22: Greenland Motors, Panama Chowk Jammu – authorized dealer of Atul Auto Ltd Rajkot, has won Best Service/ Customer Satisfaction Award consecutive for fifth time.
The award ceremony was held yesterday at New Delhi, wherein Paul-Zachariah (Vice president of Atul Auto Ltd)   handed over the award to Ghulam Rasool Wani (Managing Director of Greenland Motors).
The Greenland Motors also received the Best M-Oil Sale Performance Award 2017-18.
According to Ghulam Rasool Wani, “it is really wonderful recognition straight from our customers. We strive to provide good service at the highest level to all our customers throughout the year. This award spurs us at in our continued work to develop a customer experience that is beyond the usual,”
Each year Service Score measures the customer experience by Government authorities and other organizations in some twenty different fields. A nationally representative sample of several thousand consumers in J&K responded to survey questions about the quality of service and the customer experience they have held with Greenland Motors.  Greenland Motors has won the award in its category in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016.
