KATHUA, July 25:To boost the industrial infrastructure development in Kathua district, Vice Chairman SIDCO, Subash Jandyal accompanied by Executive Engineer, SIDCO, Manager Estate and team of SIDCO Kathua visited the Industrial Complex Ghatti and JK Textiles Park Kathua. He closely monitored Common Effluent Treatment Plant of 450 KLD with ZLD, road networks, water supply, drainage system and allied common facilities.
On the occasion VC was apprised that Ghatti Industrial Complex was spread over the land of 3500 kanals and infrastructure development is going on with approved DPR of Rs 204.80 crore .
Jandyal said that the Government is keen for industrial development so that maximum number of youth can get employment and the industrialization can get boost in the Stare. He said a Textile Park is also functioning at Kathua on 200 kanals of land and its 17 units may run in near future. He said the Government is taking every step for upliftment of industry in the State.
