JAMMU, July 25: Minister for Health & Medical Education, Bali Bhagat  today said that   Government is making  sustained efforts for the development of every part of the State and  concerted efforts are on to achieve tangible results on the ground.
The Minister was addressing locals after inaugurating various development works executed by Rural Development Department in  Raipur Domana constituency.
He  inaugurated a Bathing Ghat on the bank of canal at village Muthi constructed under constituency development fund at a  cost of Rs 3 lakh .He also inaugurated the newly constructed  lane from Link Road to Rajamandlik at Marjali village and  drains at village Amb and Seri Panditan constructed at a cost of Rs 3 lakh each .
The Minister said that steps are afoot to improve amenities in the constituency. “A comprehensive plan has been formulated to develop this constituency on modern lines envisaging upgradation of infrastructure in all essential sectors including road, PHE, PDD, education, health, sports and transport, he added”
Later, the Minister also interacted with locals and listened to their problems and demands. He assured the people that requisite steps will be taken to mitigate   their grievances in a time bound manner.
