Srinagar, July 25: Police today said an elderly woman reportedly committed suicide here in summer capital.
A police spokesman said that 60-year old lady identified as Gulshana Begum of Somerbugh area consumed some poisonous substance at her home. “She was shifted to SMHS Hospital where she breathed her last.
“A case under FIR number 78/2017 under section 309 RPC was registered and investigation has been taken up,” he added.
