JAMMU, July 26: Dr S S Bloeria, ex-Chief Secretary of J&K Government and ex-Vice Chancellor of Central University of Jammu, delivered a lecture on “Importance of Values and Ethics in Professional Career of Managers” at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University today.
Dr Bloeria discussed about various dimensions of ethics such as organizational ethics, values and leadership etc. He highlighted how managers can use ethics and values in an organization. He urged students to read more and more books. He enlightened students with his valuable experiences and knowledge.
The session was organized by School of Business. All the faculty and students of the School of Business were present in the session. The session was very interesting and participative. Students had an enriching experience through interaction with the speaker. Dean Faculty of Management, Prof D Mukhopadhyay welcomed Dr S S Bloeria and Vice Chancellor, Prof Sanjeev Jain, presented a memento to Dr Bleoria.
