JAMMU, July 26: A religious function was held at Kol Kandoli Mata Ji Mandir, Nagrota, on the eve of Vir Hunumanji’s Sthapana Diwas, today.
On the occasion, 47th Maha Rudhra Yagna was performed which was followed by hawan, kanya poojan, Bujurg Aadhar Samaan and Bhandara.
Large number of devotees from various walks of life graced the occasion. Ashkoor Ahmed Wani, IGP Jammu, was the chief guest while Kapil Sharma, president, Dogra Liberation Front, the guest of honour.
Others who also participated in the religious function were R R Raina, president, Samgram Sena, Capt R S Langeh, Satpal Sharma, Ram Paul Sharma, Pritam Sharma, Ved Gandotra, Rajesh Banathia, Capt Bal Krishan Bhagat, Pannu Ram, Ravi Singh, Sarpanch Kamini, Arjun Singh Slathia, Panch, Nagrota, Sudhir Padha, Sumant Singh Jamwal and Rajinder Singh Jamwal.
