SRINAGAR: A woman was killed when a cloudburst hit a village in central Kashmir district of Budgam, official sources said here today.
They said a cloudburst struck forest area in Khan Sahib in Budgam this afternoon, resulting in on the spot death of a woman. “The deceased has been identified as Rafiqa Begum,” they said. (AGENCIES)
