Inner Voice

SUPREME SOUL

I have reached at that shore,
Where I am not in Kansas anymore
What I see around is Cimmerian darkness
What I feel is times sharpness
But I reached here by my choice
As I wanted to be close to that voice
To that voice of supreme soul
More important to me than any other goal
It was imperative to reach here,
to be near to Him
Its important to come out of world rim
Only sorrow is a way where I have to walk
As I want to remember Him in every talk
Though he is everywhere
I want to call him, with my every tear.
So I chose this shore
To remember HIM,
from my hearts core

What is Life ?

What is life?
Where everyone tends to survive!
Is it pain
Full of tears rain?
Or is it joy
For God we humans like his toy!
Is it our friend?
Like a new trend
Or is it our foe?
Only in one go
Be it good or bad
Here all humans are sad
Be it special or not
No one’s thankful to what he’s got
Is it like open sky?
In which everyone wants to fly?
Or is it like this horrible land
Where no one even gives a helping hand?
Or is this what I think
Where life gives me just a cruel wink?
Or is it everyone’s say
Even the one on the graves who lay?
Is it only me!
To whom life stabs when I wish to see?
This happiness, this glee
Why only I need to bend on my knee
To say let it be
For happiness I’ve no key
It passes away with time and tide
And not even gives one chance to guide
I just have a question
To which I need a solution
That—
As sharp as a knife
What is this life?

QUIT SMOKING

I’m a Cigarette, a smoking stick,
You think I am good but I will make you sick.
Grab me now, grab me forever,
I promise not to leave you, ever.
It’s your time, you make me burn,
I will repay you when comes my turn.
The way to enjoy now, every puff,
Same way I will make your life tough;
And with time the tough gets tougher,
Not only you, your family will also suffer.
The day will come
You will cry and shout,
I will destroy you inside and out.
Still I can make you a deal,
Quite me now and will let you heal.
Or else
Their will left no happiness, no glee.
Remember, cancer is the next me.

HOPE

The rain came down in force,
making a river out of land
It got deep so quickly, it got so out of hand
Panic set in and fear was all around
People are swimming where
there used to be ground
Some lives have been lost and
we will never forget
Houses and belongings vanished
but there’s no time for regret
We rally together and lend a helping hand
We look out for our mates in
this Down Under Land Sending
out all of our love and support
You are never far from our thoughts
Embrace the Indian spirit to help get you through
We’re here for you with whatever we can..30
