UDHAMPUR, July 31: A motorcyclist and his pillion rider were injured when their bike rammed into a stranded car on the National Highway near Tikri, here late this evening.
The injured were identified as Sanjay (18), son of Sita Ram and Sumit (15) son of Nanak Ram, both resident of Thathi in Udhampur. Sanjay has been referred to GMC Hospital Jammu in view of his serious condition.
The motorcycle bearing registration number JK20-3574 was on way from Jammu to Udhampur when it rammed into stranded Alto car JK14E-2914. Locals rushed to the spot and took the injured persons to District Hospital Udhampur where one of them was referred to GMC Hospital Jammu.
