SRINAGAR: The last batch of Haj pilgrims from Jammu and Kashmir today left for Saudi Arabia from Srinagar International Airport.
Minister of State for Hajj and Auqaf, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Power, Industries and Commerce, Syed Farooq Ahmad Andrabi today flagged off the last batch of Haj pilgrims from the Hajj House, Bemina here.
An official spokesperson said that a total number of 8,103 pilgrims are performing Hajj from Jammu and Kashmir this year, which including 3,579 female pilgrims. These Hajis left in 20 Air India flights from Srinagar International Airport to Saudi Arabia, he said. (AGENCIES)
