Art 35A must go

Sir,
Refer article ‘Article 370: Jammu Perspective’ published in this paper a couple of days ago.
This writeup is important from two aspects, firstly it hits the nail on the head and secondly it is realistic, unapologetic and not in innuendo.Carrying the gist of the column forward, article 35A has been used by valley centric state govts.as Sword of Damocles hanging over the heads of Jammu people and descriminating fearlessly and unashamedly in all spheres ,as state constitution favours them and their people whom they represent and whose interests they safegaurd so ferociously.Remember the hysterical outburst of our young ex-CM on twitter when IIM was granted to Jammu. That was the frustration of self assured and perennial class1subject getting demoted to class2,a feeling which we have lived with since decades.Or the students from two and a half districts of Jammu province(Jammu, Kathua and half Udhampur) being excluded from benefits of PSScholarship scheme up to 2014 till Modi happened to Jammu and things started to change.
Article 35A must go as it promotes racism,a particular region and particular race. It must go as it promotes communal mindset,as it tends to strengthen a subnational identity based on religion.
It must go as it is gender descriminatory and interferes with the freewill for marriage,of women of the state as they tend to lose huge.
It’s induction in COI  was in a clandestine manner and was kept hidden as an appendix in footnotes of chapter on fundamental rights and not mentioned in the main body of COI.President of India exceeded his brief and took the function of Parliament while notifying it.
We, the people from Jammu, should not be affected by the clamour that it dates back to King Hari singh’s time. The same law was overliberalised for favouring kashmiris post1947 and it is a mother source for descrimination against Jammu and Ladakh.Amarnath agitation was a revolt against article35A in Jammu region, although very few people knew about the Article 35A.
Yours etc…
