SRINAGAR, Aug 17: In exercise of his powers under the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, Governor N.N. Vohra has approved appointment of Lal Chand, Member, as Acting Chairman of J&K Public Service Commission with effect from 28-08-2017 till Latief-u-Zaman Deva, the present incumbent, resumes duty.
