JAMMU, Aug 22: Pacca Danga police under “Operation Sanjeevani” arrested two drug peddlers along with heroin.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Pacca Danga police station laid a naka at Manda and intercepted a scooty.
During checking, police recovered 20 grams of heroin from the possession of rider and pillion rider and arrested them on the spot.
A case under FIR Number 107/17 has been registered at police station Pacca Danga and further investigation of the case is going on to ascertain the source of the consignment.
Police team led by SHO Pacca Danga SI Dheeraj Nagpal made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO City Varun Jandial and SP City DrVinod Kumar.
