JAMMU, Aug 23: A medico has been arrested with large quantity of intoxicant capsules and tablets from RS Pura.
As per police sources, on reliable information about sale of intoxicant capsules and tablets, a police team led by SDPO RS Pura Surinder Choudhary under the supervision of SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal conducted raid in a medical shop near Government Girls Higher Secondary School, RS Pura.
During the raid, police recovered 378 intoxicant capsules and 1327 tablets from the spot and arrested the owner.
The arrested person has been identified as Ravinder alias Ladhi, son of Darshan Lal, a resident of Ward Number 4, RS Pura.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at RS Pura police station and investigation started.
