JAMMU, Aug 24: Shamsher Singh Bhandari a member of civil society Kishtwar has been appointed as provincial Joint Secretary Youth National Conference (YNC) by Qazi Jalal-ud-Din, senior Provincial vice president of the Party, Jammu.
The appointment has been made by him in consultation with senior party leaders.
